Senior System Analyst
Overview:
We have an immediate need for a Senior System Analyst working in the Corporate FP&A department located in Budapest, Hungary.
Although the Senior System Analyst will be a key member of the growing Corporate FP&A team, the main responsibilites will cover technical system administrator tasks. You will get in on the ground floor of a systems re-build. You will partner with finance and onther business partners to improve our Oracle EPM management reporting system, assist in the monthly financial close by running system related processes and provide ad hoc system support. You will interface with financial management in business units based in EMEA and Asia Pacific in addition to interacting with the Corporate teams in California, USA.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Oracle EPM user support during planning, forecasting, and day to day operations. Primary user support for over 200 users
- Maintain master data and keep business hierarchies in sync
- Participate in the design and rollout of new system functionality to power users and end-users
- Development and maintenance of web forms, data grids, task lists and other templates
- Troubleshoot system issues as they arise
- Support the analysis, design, and management reporting of companywide financial data
- Ensure timely and accurate generation of reports, maintain consistency and standardization amongst the various types of reports and databases
- Actively participate in global projects targeting the upgrade of the financial reporting system
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must have the experience with Oracle EPM and the technical aptitude to maintain automated financial systems. We are looking for a Senior System Analyst with a solid business acumen, exceptional communication skills and strong analytical background with strict attention to detail. Highly motivated, technically proficient person with a strong sense of ownership and business ethics to deliver quality work on a daily basis.
- Bachelor's degree in Systems or Finance/Accounting with solid system administration experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience with Corporate Finance Systems including Oracle EPM
- Highly proficient with Excel applications for financial analysis and reporting
- Superior technical aptitude and ability to learn new technology
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- HFM/FCCS and SAP technical experience is a plus
