Overview

The role manages Demand Planning, CRM, Pricing, and Sales Incentive planning team for the AP region. The role is responsible for ensuring accurate Demand and Revenue Forecasting, Inventory Allocations including spare parts, driving weekly S&OE, and aligning with Supply Planning on allocations to ensuring forecasting accuracy. They will implement global sales processes and tools to drive efficiency in the sales team by aligning with the Global Centre of Excellence team, and support CRM for the region. They will manage all aspects of pricing process, including developing list price and Channel Partner NDP, as well as implementing best practices and governance to drive annual price growth. Finally, the role will be responsible to driving the harmonized global sales incentive program.

 

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Leadership responsibilities for the AP Revenue Operations organization, including Demand Planning, CRM team, Pricing Specialists, and Incentive Program Manager.
  • Develop RevOps strategy and setting goals, managing KPIs, execution of plans, hiring and development of talent.
  • Drives the S&OE process that ensures reliable and accurate demand and revenue forecasting, using available tools, and methods within the commercial organization
  • Drive pricing initiatives, processes, tools, and governance to ensure yearly price growth as a contributor to revenue growth across AP
  • Manage the inventory allocation process, including tracking of backlog, to achieve revenue goals.
  • Aligns with the Global Centre of Excellence team to ensure harmonization of Sales Tools and Processes, to drive Sales Force effectiveness and efficient use of CRM.
  • Roll-out, support and training, of sales tools (CPQ, CP Portal) to support the Commercial Organization management of opportunities and quotes
  • Responsible for Sales incentive compensation management for the regions. Aligning with the global program, processes, and tools. Partners with Sales leaders on territory design and provides regional oversight on iSell. Local management of revenue goals, tracking, and commission payment processing.
  • Manage and Supervise 4 Direct Reports ,Demand planning team, CRM Manager, Pricing Manager, Incentive manager ( Upto 12 people in that team. )

 What You Bring:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Applied Mathematics / Statistics /Computer Science, or similar field of study 
  • A minimum of 4+ years’ experience commercial/ business analytics with strong application experience OR a minimum of 2+ years’ experience of commercial/ business analytics with strong application experience with a master’s/advanced degree
  • Working knowledge of demand planning, allocation and forecasting tools
  • Proven experience in synthesizing and driving business impact utilizing information from multiple disparate sources
  • Experience with advanced analytical methods, financial modeling, and quantitative and qualitative analytics creating dashboard and other data visualization software (e.g., Excel, Power BI) are required
  • Prior experience using data to tell well-informed, strategic stories to all levels of leadership
  • Collaborate, influence, and develop/maintain relationships at all levels
  • Experience solving complex problems with an eye towards creative innovation and process improvement 
  • Sales or Sales management experience is highly preferred
  • Highly integrative aligning efforts across regions and functions including Sales, Marketing, Service, finance, and S&OP 
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions and provide specific recommendations; ability to work with ambiguous data and identify emerging trends, opportunities; proficiency with excel and other analytical tools; ability to translate data into prescriptive actions
  • Create impact, ability to work independently while supporting team objectives; initiative and innovation in achieving results 
  • Excellent communication skills, organization, and interpersonal skills; ability to lead and influence others; comfortable interacting with executive leaders and the ability to persuade others based on compelling data and stories

Must be able to develop and maintain effective rapport and relationships with peers, other departments, and functions, and with relevant external partners and organizations
