Bio-Rad in Cressier is currently looking for Manufacturing Science and Technology (MSAT) Supervisor (m/f/d) - 100%.
Your impact:
- Management of projects for Manufacturing (coordination of activities, lead meetings, write reports, escalate issues/problems, define planning and project costs)
- Coordination of MFG change requests (open CR, manage risk assessment, coordination of activities, lead meetings)
- Coordination of MFG quality notifications when expertize is needed (manage QN with QA and other MFG departments, perform investigations with tests, write test plans and reports)
- Coordination of MFG CAPA/complaints when biological expertize is needed (open CR, manage risk assessment, coordination of activities, lead meetings)
- Elaboration of test plans, protocols, analysis of results, test reports, presentations and realization of tests
- Biological and process expertize in MFG to support existing products durant audit, supplier communication, SCN, RA, MKT request
- Contribute to support Clinical Diagnostic projects in industrialization phase (MFG transfer, perform tests, redaction of documents, support of MFG tasks for implementation)
- Activities reports, planification of activities, labroatory organization, colaboration with the team to write SOP, WKI
What you bring:
- Min 5 years of experience in a similar position with people management
- Biological background
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Good knowledge of GLP, knowledge of immunohematology, Minitab or/and GMP represents a strong asset
- Proficiency in standard IT tools (MS Office)
- Teambuilder, resilient, business and customer oriented
- Fluent in French with professional Englisch skills, German represents a strong asset
