Overview:

As our Customer Service Supervisor, you will lead and inspire a team of customer service representatives, ensuring swift resolution of escalated inquiries and accurate processing of distributor orders. Your advanced Excel skills will be essential for analyzing reports and identifying trends, while your fluency in English and ability to negotiate in French will ensure effective communication. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and tackle complex issues independently, always aligning decisions with our company’s objectives. With proven experience in customer service and people management, exceptional communication skills, and familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems, you will excel in this role.

 

 

How You’ll Make an Impact: 

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of customer service representatives (<7 headcounts).
  • Handle escalated inquiries, complaints, and complex distributor issues for swift resolution.
  • Oversee timely and accurate processing of distributor orders.
  • Monitor and ensure responses to all customer service emails within 24 hours.
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze reports and identify trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes.
  • Tackle complex issues independently and offer innovative solutions.
  • Maintain a strategic outlook, considering the broader impact of decisions on our company's objectives.

What You Bring:  

  • Proven experience in customer service or related roles with people management responsibilities.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory and the ability to negotiate in French is a must.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with various departments.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
