As our Customer Service Supervisor, you will lead and inspire a team of customer service representatives, ensuring swift resolution of escalated inquiries and accurate processing of distributor orders. Your advanced Excel skills will be essential for analyzing reports and identifying trends, while your fluency in English and ability to negotiate in French will ensure effective communication. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and tackle complex issues independently, always aligning decisions with our company’s objectives. With proven experience in customer service and people management, exceptional communication skills, and familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems, you will excel in this role.
