Overview

 

The main responsibilities of the Channel Sales Manager, Korea position are responsible for deliver sales to achieve quarterly and annual target through collaboration with Channel partners and also creating new sales opportunities from valuable customers with Channel partners based on strategic plan.

 

 How You’ll Make an Impact:

 

  • Achieve assigned quarter/annual sales target from channel partners
  • Work closely with sales manager to create new sales through a strategic selling.
  • Consistently contacting, visiting customers with channel partners to find out new sales opportunities.
  • Cooperating closely with sales, FAS, MKT, Service team.
  • Keep trying to maximize the gross margin through a strategic selling process with a professional negotiation.
  • It is expected that 70% of the time is spent in the field.
  • Expand collaboration with channel partners aligning global and local strategic direction
  • Maintain excellent market knowledge of all major prospects and local competitor activities and report this information to the sales manager and marketing team
  • Execute yearly/quarterly business sales plan per products portfolio.
  • Advise on product marketing strategies including promotion, advertising, pricing and distribution.
  • Liaise with MKT in the formulation of sales strategies and the negotiation of product pricing.
  • Manage relationships with key opinion leaders across product portfolio.

  • At least 10years experiences in the clinical diagnostics business field with proven track records.
  • Sales experience with direct/indirect sales.
  • Sales experience with key customers across the country.
