Overview

The Community & Belonging Program Manager plays a pivotal role in fostering a sense of community and belonging among Bio-Rad employees in EMEA. This position is responsible for planning, organising, and executing a variety of initiatives that promote diverse cultural celebrations, community involvement, employee activities, and support for Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). This role partners with the Bio-Rad Global Employer Branding team as well as with other program managers globally to ensure alignment between the Global and Regional goals. 

 

How You’ll Make an Impact:

 

Employee Activities: 

Plan and execute engaging experiences for Bio-Rad colleagues. 

Develop and manage a calendar of events that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. 

Cultural Celebrations: 

Celebrate the diverse backgrounds of Bio-Rad’s global employees through online and in-person messages and activities. 

Coordinate cultural events that highlight and honour various traditions and customs of employees. 

Community Involvement: 

Organise and promote volunteer opportunities and donation drives that align with Bio-Rad’s mission, values, and community involvement policies. 

Build partnerships with local organisations to support community initiatives. 

Work with other areas of business to help coordinate and support local and regional volunteer efforts 

Collect data from CI efforts and submit materials for yearly Bio-Rad Sustainability report, working with local volunteers as well as central Corporate teams. 

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs): 

Provide supportive spaces for employees who share backgrounds, experiences, or interests to connect and build relationships. 

Facilitate the formation and operation of ERGs, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to thrive. 

Qualifications: 

  • Preferable, bachelor’s degree level of education. 
  • Preferable, project management

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
