The Security Engineering Manager leads by setting team priorities aligned with organizational goals, driving team development, and spearheading talent acquisition efforts. They provide technical guidance, ensuring adherence to industry standards in IT infrastructure, and contribute to developing a forward-looking technology roadmap. Through effective collaboration, financial oversight, and project prioritization, the Security Engineering Manager plays a key role in driving continuous improvement and successful project
delivery.

Leadership:
· Communicate priorities and align team efforts with organizational goals.
· Mentor and develop team members, setting performance goals and career paths.
· Lead talent acquisition and retention, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Technology Management:
· Provide technical guidance to the engineering team, assisting with complex challenges.
· Oversee the design and implementation of IT infrastructure, ensuring compliance with standards and best practices.
· Contribute to the development of the technology vision and roadmap, adapting to future needs.
Collaboration:
· Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within IT and the business.
· Implement operational and process improvements within the team.
· Manage external vendors and service providers, ensuring effective collaboration.
Financial Management:
· Assist in the creation and management of the organizational budget.
· Monitor and control expenditures to meet financial objectives.
· Promote cost optimization within the team.
What the Candidate Brings:
· Education: AA or bachelor’s degree with an emphasis on business, information systems, or computer science or equivalent
· Work Experience: 5-10 years relevant industry experience
· Industry Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of technical network, cloud or security engineering experience
· Leadership Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of people management experience
