The EMEA Benefits Supervisor oversees the administration of benefits programs for countries in the region,
supported by Benefits Specialists. The Benefits Supervisor provides all training, coaching and support to the
administrative team, and provides guidance to HR and Finance/Payroll staff regarding employee benefits
Responsible for the management of benefits programs. Conducts plan analysis, and contributes to the
strategy, design and benchmarking of EMEA benefit programs to maintain the company’s competitive
position in the labor market. Ensures compliance with all required country benefit reporting, regulations and
tax filings (in collaboration with involved departments). Partly, support for the APAC region will be needed.

Responsibilities:
Ensures the required policies, reporting and documentation, contract negotiation, and legal compliance to maintain a competitive benefit offering for employees. Supports HR in communications strategies and programs to ensure full enrollment and participation in benefits offerings.
Manages a team of four Benefit Specialists to administer EMEA benefits programs. Provides coaching, training and development to the Benefits team.
Works with outside service providers including government agencies, insurance brokers, benefits providers, systems vendors, etc. to establish and maintain effective benefits programs. Recommends benefits enhancements, cost containment strategies, and long-range objectives for the benefits programs. Oversees country-specific program enrollment processes, benefit system upgrades, interaction with Employee Central, and other benefit projects.
Interprets complex laws, regulations, policies related to benefits, and serves as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for leave programs and with applicable country state laws
Requirements:
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in multiple languages.
Ability to conduct presentations.
Excellent Customer Service skills required.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Interprets complex laws, regulations and policies related to benefits and employment law that may be unique
to each country served.
People and Project Management Skills
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in employee benefits administration.
Certifications helpful but not required.
3+ years of related experience in employee benefits and benefits/HR administration and legislation.
2+ years of supervisory experience.
Computer skills with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
