Junior Payroll System Analyst
The Junior Payroll System Analyst supports payroll operations for the EMEA Payroll Finance Shared Services organization, ensuring confidentiality of employee records and business information. This entry-level role assists in payroll processing, system support, and reporting for a diverse workforce across multiple countries. The analyst collaborates with HRIS and payroll vendors, contributing to process improvement and compliance initiatives.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Interpret and analyze payroll reports for audit purposes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor payroll process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Perform standard reporting tasks, including preparation and distribution of payroll information and reports.
- Manage payroll vendor invoices, supporting timely and accurate payment processing.
- Work closely with HRIS teams to optimize and integrate payroll systems, enhancing data flow and system functionality.
- Apply an analyst mindset to identify and report trends in employee queries, supporting continuous improvement.
- Support project management activities; project management experience is a plus.
- Contribute to the standardization and harmonization of payroll processes across countries and systems.
- Provide systems support, including access management and folder management for payroll-related documentation.
- Assist with system audits to ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
- 1–2 years of experience in time and attendance implementation or systems support, preferably in a shared services or multinational environment.
- Familiarity with Time and Attendance systems, Payroll and HRIS interfaces.
- Experience working with third-party payroll service providers.
- Exposure to systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors, ADP Celergo & ADP Global View, ADP E-Time, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail, motivation, and results orientation.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, complex, and highly matrixed environment.
- Strong process redesign and/or efficiency mindset.
- Innovative and able to think both analytically and conceptually.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to present complex information confidently.
- Fluent in English (oral and written).
