Join our team at Bio-Rad Laboratories as an Account Manager II within our Lifesciences Division (LSG), where youll support revenue growth and contribute to serving science. As part of our Lifesciences business, you’ll be at the forefront of scientific innovation. In this role, youll develop and maintain strategic relationships with customers while promoting our comprehensive portfolio of innovative products and services, including leading reagents, instruments, and consumables that serve as essential building blocks for scientific advancements.

 

How You’ll Make an Impact:

 

  • Achieve sales, marketing and financial objectives for relevant products and territory
  • Execute business initiatives to grow sales and profit lines as per team goals.
  • Responsible for calling on all current and prospective customers on a regular basis, it is expected that 75% of the time is spent in the field (Andhra Pradesh & Telangana).
  • Responsible for ensuring that the company is always achieving its objective of customer satisfaction and coordinating between customers and other departments in the company to ensure customer satisfaction from pre-sales to post-sales processes
  • Liaise with Product Manager/Specialist in the formulation of sales strategies, marketing plan execution and manage relationships with key opinion leaders across product portfolio

 

What You Bring:

 

  • Masters Degree with 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in life sciences
  • Preferred Fields of Study: Life Sciences, Biochemistry, Microbiology or related scientific field
  • Strong technical aptitude with demonstrated ability to learn complex product applications and workflows
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong territory management and strategic account planning capabilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for developing effective sales strategies
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a matrix environment
  • Travel up to 75% within assigned territory, Should be well versed with Govt procurement mechanisms like Rate Contract/GEM/Tenders etc.
  • Fluency in English required; additional language skills based on territory needs
