The Director, Regional Marketing LSG energizes strategy sessions with commercial leaders and the marketing team to set the pace for regional growth. This role thrives on analyzing market trends and customer insights, transforming them into innovative campaigns and product launches that resonate locally. By partnering closely with sales and product management, the director empowers teams, builds lasting customer relationships, and adapts tactics in real time to seize new opportunities. Collaboration, leadership, and driving measurable results shape the future of the Asia Pacific region.

 

How You will Make an impact

 

-Lead and develop annual marketing plans tailored to Asia Pacific, aligned with global strategy.

-Adapt global marketing strategies to diverse local markets and drive product positioning.

-Manage demand generation activities and product launches across the region.

-Empower sales teams through enablement, training, and development of sales tools.

-Conduct market intelligence and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.

 

What You Bring

  • 12+ years of experience in Diagnostics or Life Science marketing, including managing multi-cultural teams and complex portfolios.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s (MBA/MS) or Ph.D. preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate regional marketing teams to achieve growth targets.
  • Strong analytical skills to leverage data and optimize marketing programs.
  • Deep knowledge of Bio-Rad products, technologies, and commercial marketing strategies.
  • Impeccable communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across functions.
  • High level of autonomy and strategic thinking, translating commercial objectives into actionable growth plans.
