How You’ll Make an Impact:
By managing order processing and ensuring timely deliveries for OTIF, you will contribute to sales growth and help maintain high standards of operational excellence.
You will be the voice of the company, providing exceptional service to customers and ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally.
By resolving inquiries and concerns quickly, you will help build trust and loyalty, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and retention.
You will identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience, sharing feedback with your team and management.
Through clear communication and empathy, you will turn challenging situations into positive outcomes for customers.
What You Bring:
Native level Japanese Language
(preferable) Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Over one year of experience in customer service or a related field
Experience with order management in SAP or other ERP system
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure and the capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.
Problem-solving skills with global team such as IT and supply chain team for accurate order management and timely deliveries.
Adaptability and willingness to learn new systems and procedures.
Team-oriented mindset and the ability to collaborate with colleagues.
(preferable) Experience working in the same industry (life sciences, healthcare, or diagnostics) and in B2B companies.
