Pricing Specialist (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Pricing Specialist (f/m/d) EMEA 
 

How You’ll Make an Impact: 

• Ensure that Bio‑Rad’s pricing strategies are executed flawlessly across EMEA. Own the pricing operations governance framework for EMEA, ensuring pricing execution is accurate, auditable, compliant, and aligned with global and regional policies.
• Act as the primary operational interface to the Quote & Tenders team, supporting tender submissions, contract pricing set‑ups, and price implementation across reagents, instruments, and services.
• Define, optimize, and continuously improve pricing processes and workflows, reducing complexity, cycle time, and operational risk.
• Design, build, and maintain pricing tools, trackers, templates, and approval workflows to support APR execution, channel pricing, and tender pricing efficiency.
• Ensure strong system integrity by coordinating with Commercial Operations and IT on pricing master data, SAP price conditions, list price uploads, and control mechanisms.
• Provide pricing operational insights and reporting, highlighting execution issues, risks, and improvement opportunities to Pricing, Sales, and Commercial leadership.
• Support commercial teams by ensuring pricing operations enable, rather than delay, effective tender participation, contract execution, and channel partner management.

What You Bring:  

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or Science. 

• 5 years’ work experience in price management, preferred in the life science or healthcare industry 

• Strong analytical and data management skills and and financial modeling and analytical mind 

• Highly proficient in use of MS Office (especially Excel). SAP knowledge is of advantage. 

• Good knowledge of the use of market research for pricing and a proven professional pricing experience is required 

• Experience in using pricing tools to analyze and set prices is a plus 

• Good written and verbal knowledge in English, German is a plus. 

• Ability to stay target-focused, efficient and apply analytical thinking in a demanding working environment 

• Ability to drive and execute pricing project independently 

• Influencing skills and knowledge in change management, to be able to interact within a matrix organization and to prioritize tasks 

• Ability to communicate complex ideas and using networks to acquire relevant information
