Project Mgr III

The GCO Project Manager (PM) will lead the AP project parts of global strategic GCO programs, like Pricing, Indirect Business, Sales tools, Service tools, Commercial process initiatives and other tools and systems implementations. The role will also be responsible for managing AP specific Commercial projects, required to achieve regional specific targets and goals.

The PM will manage Commercial projects with Core team members from various groups and functions across, in the region but also with Corporate functions like IT and Finance.

The incumbent will be a recognized leader with a core expertise in Project Management and a breadth of experience in process improvement, change management, and cross functional leadership with internal and external partners. Sales and Operations Planning, Order to Cash and Master Data Management are a few examples of current end-to-end process focus areas for the GCO Project Manager. 

• Manage GCO projects with cross-functional teams , define the business case, develop appropriate project management (timelines, deliverables, risks, costs), execute the project with appropriate control and ensure timely escalation and resolution of risks
• Effective communicator – including effective presentations to GCO AP leadership team frequently and with the Global Commercial Leadership team on a regular basis
• Assess project performance and aim to maximize return on investment (ROI)
• Provide support to the Global GCO PMO team regarding continuous improvement, methodology reviews and implementation of new tools and processes in the areas of:
• Project Management
• Portfolio Management
• Capacity Management

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent
• PMP certification
• Strong project management, portfolio management and capacity management skill
• Able to lead and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Able to manage cross-functional stakeholders and internal and external partners
• Continuous improvement (LEAN/Six Sigma)
• Change Management (e.g. Prosci) experience and certification.
• Familiar with Sales and Operations Planning, Order to Cash and Master Data Management processes
• 7+ years managing AP regional project
• Experience in being part of a global organization, projects or programs 
• Experience from leading commercial projects with members from several other functions, including Finance, Supply chain, Manufacturing, Marketing, HR, and IT
• Operational and Commercial Excellence experience
