    Role profile:

     

    Maintenance of transaction processing across the customer care team, performing diligence checks and making necessary updates to the system including:

    -       prices
    -       contract conditions
    -       customer master records
    -       reporting

    Ensure that high levels of internal controls are maintained within transactional processing by performing daily review of data input.

    Generating and verifying data

    Resolving CRM complaints

    Preparing management information reports

    Ensure efficient and accurate process of transactions, including orders, invoices, query resolution and compliance

    Assist regularly with transaction processing, more so at peak times

    Ensure that high levels of internal controls are maintained within transactional processing by performing daily review of data input

    Ensure that all relevant transactional documentation is reviewed on a timely basis and kept up to date as a result of system or process changes

    Monitoring data on a regular basis to ensure it remains accurate and relevant

     

    Required skills:

    Good attention to detail

    Strong analytical Skills and system thinking

    Technology savvy and have proficiency with Microsoft applications and Excel

    Experience of CRM / SAP / BAAN

    Experience of Back Office/ Transactional processing

    Good understanding on the business processes

    Quick decision making skills

    Good team player and willingness to learn new things

    Organized and efficient with the ability to multi-task and deliver information in a timely fashion

    Strong communication skills in all formats (verbal, written) and ability to effectively communicate with all organizational levels

    Strong customer service focus

    Commitment to provide or improve services to internal and external customers

    Ability to plan, co-ordinate and achieve objectives

    Able to prioritize tasks, works systematically, and manage time effectively

    Education:

    At least 3 years experience in a similar role
