    Bio-Rad is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager (MarCom Manager III) to support its global organization.

    Responsibilities

    • The Digital Marketing Manager contributes to revenue goals by developing and executing data-driven marketing programs that activate, inspire, convert, and delight.
    • Develops target-specific marketing strategy based on product, segment, and region.
    • Guides product managers in all aspects of campaign development: strategy, target, message, offer, creative, testing.
    • Designs programs across a variety of channels or tactics: email, display, SEM, social, print, and events.
    • Designs measurable campaigns, analyzes performance, creates and delivers regular KPI dashboards, and recommends improvements to achieve acquisition funnel goals.
    • Establishes and maintains systems and processes needed for campaign planning, development, launch, and tracking.
    • Coordinates activities across product groups and marketing teams to find areas to collaborate and to keep message consistent.
    • Delivers and is accountable for detailed budgets, plans, and timelines with input from product managers on positioning, and messaging.
    • Stay current on trends in digital, content, and influencer marketing to inform strategy and to identify new ways to grow customer acquisition funnel.
    • Works cross functionally with the Life Science Research campaign managers, demand gen team, IT and regional marketing teams on digital web and campaign strategy.

    Qualifications

    • Experienced in marketing strategy and integrated marketing campaign planning, execution, and measurement (digital and traditional marketing programs such as: web marketing, email campaigns, online advertising, print, social media, event marketing, etc.)
    • Passion for data-driven marketing; Demonstrated ability to analyze results and improve programs.
    • Proven ability to lead cross functional teams to get action and results.
    • Comfortable with navigating and establishing processes and managing projects while being able to adjust briskly when needed.
    • Expert in “getting stuff done.”
    • Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 20%.
    • 5-7 years of marketing experience.
    • Bachelor’s degree.
    • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills; High emotional intelligence.
    • Strong writing and copy-editing skills (e.g., compelling/engaging campaign messaging, web copy, email copy, etc).
    • Fluent in marketing automation (Marketo) and CRM applications (SFDC); Comfortable learning new applications as needed.
    • Knowledgeable in SEM, SEO, SMM, email marketing, and content marketing tactics and metrics.
    • Proficiency in the following required: Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
