    NOTE: This is a contract position.


    Bio-Rad is currently looking for a Senior Recruiter for a 3 months contract. This position is directly responsible for full-cycle recruiting. Must partner with all levels of management, exhibit strong organizational and problem solving skills and deliver a world class experience to each potential candidate and hiring manager. This is a hands-on recruiting position in a fast paced environment.  


    • Responsible for internal and external job posting process using Bio-Rad’s applicant tracking system, and social networking resources like LinkedIn and Indeed.
    • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs for the open job requisition, establishing recruitment and selection processes, considering internal variables, EEO and diversity compliance, and budgetary considerations to ensure departmental and organization needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Phone screen and assess all applicants presented to hiring managers for competence, background and skills as well as overall ability to thrive in the organization.
    • Schedule and participate in on-site Interviews, evaluate and recommend qualified candidates for non-exempt and exempt level positions and initiate the offer approval process and extend offers.
    • Effectively manage and prioritize multiple requisitions based on business needs.
    • Extend job offers. 
    • Proactively communicate with managers and HR Business Partners as to the status of the recruitment process.
    • Represent company at job and career fairs as needed.
    • Ensure all applicants are dispositioned properly in the ATS for compliance purpose.
    • Provide accurate recruiting and cost per hire reports.
    • Assist with other duties as assigned including special projects.


    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
    • 7+ years recruiting experience handling full-cycle recruiting.
    • Proven knowledge and application of HR practices, principles and applicable laws and regulations especially as they relate to the sourcing and recruitment process.
    • ATS experience, iCIMS highly desired.
    • Strong verbal and written communication, customer service and presentation skills.
    • Proven ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
    • Excellent sourcing and relationship building skills.
    • Proven organizational and planning skills, while providing high attention to details.
    • Ability to demonstrate flexible and efficient time management and to appropriately prioritize workload based upon organization or department needs.
