    Bio-Rad is looking for a Corporate Treasury Project Manager to support its global organization.

    Responsibilities

    • Establishes and delivers approved new bank accounts, investment accounts and travel/purchase card programs.
    • Manages potential delays, including documentation or process issues.
    • As Department expert and representative, manages responses to treasury audit, compliance/FATCA/FBAR and financial institution “KYC” (know your customer) requests.
    • Works closely with and represents Treasury to IT for new SAP releases, deployments and Treasury desired functionality.
    • Leads the establishment of new or improved treasury operations policies, standards and practices.
    • Controls the functioning and access to commercial bank account, signatory and bank platform/administrator databases.
    • Guides company responses to operational banking and travel/purchase card program requirements.
    • Manages relationships among bank representatives and documentation specialists, Bio-Rad Treasury Department staff, regional finance personnel and ERP and IT team members.
    • Acts as backup to manage the day-to-day transaction needs of corporate and international operations, including fx, hedging and funds transfer.
    • Responds to additional treasury operations requirements and requests, as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field. CTP, CCM, and/or MBA preferred.
    • Ten years of corporate and international company treasury or equivalent experience.
    • Extensive experience with implementation and delivery of multinational and regional commercial bank and credit card platforms.
    • Experience with SAP and SAP Treasury preferred.
    • Strong written and oral communication and documentation skills.
    • Strong Treasury operations management and system skills. Detail oriented.
    • Self-starter with strong leadership abilities.
    • Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to multi-task.
    • Sense of urgency and ability to contribute to timely closure of projects and ad-hoc assignments.
    • Solid knowledge of global cash-management products and financial-institution processes.
    • Intellectually curious, exercises good business judgment and prioritization skills.
    • Global mindset; culturally sensitive.
    • Team player.
    • Strong software skills including Microsoft Office.
