    Bio-Rad is looking for an SAP Business Analyst to support its global organization.

    Responsibilities

    As part of Order To Cash (OTC) Global ERP team, this position will be responsible for fit-gap analysis, design, configuration, testing, documentation and global roll-out of 'Order to Cash' (OTC) business processes for Credit Management, Revenue Recognition, Accounts Receivable, Financial Supply Chain Management and incoming cash.

    Qualifications

    • At least six years of experience in requirements gathering, analysis, design, configuration, testing and support of SAP Revenue Recognition, Credit Management, Accounts Receivable, FSCM and incoming cash business processes.
    • Participated in three or more full cycle SAP global implementations.
    • Thorough knowledge of incoming payments and cash application process (Direct Debit, Bill of Exchange, Electronic Bank Statements, Lockbox etc.)
    • Configuration experience in Bank integration.
    • Configuration experience in Interest Calculation.
    • Configuration experience in Open Item Clearing.
    • Configuration experience in GL Account Determination.
    • Configuration experience in Dunning.
    • Configuration experience in Correspondence (Customer Statements, Dunning letters etc.)
    • Knowledge of Local/ Legal requirements for Europe.
    • Configuration experience in FSCM Collections management and Dispute management.
    • End to End AR processes from Billing to Cash Collection with cross functional integration knowledge.
    • Create functional specifications for custom enhancements.
    • Experience in unit, integration and user acceptance testing.
    • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with internal business and technical teams.
    • Solid analytical skills and a strong customer focus.
    • Excellent time management.
    • Strong oral and written communication skills.
    • Must be capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to travel on average 20%, including international, as project needs require.
    • Masters or Bachelor’s degree.
