Reach the sales quota in assigned area and the breakdown targets of key product/strategic product.The assigned area include part of Shanghai industry accounts/start-ups/high tech park, focusing on the application field of bio-pharma, new therapy,etc. Strategic products include digital PCR, flow cytometry,single cell seq, chromatography, Bio-Plex, etc.
Key accounts management in industry area.long-term relationship establishment.
Evaluate and coach the daily work of the dedicated distributor. Cooperate with Marketing team and distributors to organize the seminar,training and promotion for specific application or accounts/high-tech park.
Be Family with the industry market, has basic understanding for Bio-Pharma R&D, new therapy(gene therapy, cell therapy).
Has good knowledge background of molecular biology,NGS, protein purification and analysis, process development.
Has good marketing sense to plan the marketing activities/training/seminar in bio-pharma field.
Has good direct sales record or marketing/technical support/R&D experience .industry sales experience is better(but not necessary).
Good communication skills internal and external.
Master or doctor degree of Biology,pharma or related major.
