  • Overview

    GSC Business Process Analyst will identify high ROI business process improvement opportunities and create, manage, and monitor advanced tools to improve efficiency, reliability and data traceability for key performance metrics.


    • Captures business case for high ROI business process improvement opportunities.
    • Monitors and reports out on hard/soft money savings generated by business process improvement implementations.
    • Creates dashboards on key performance metrics and action-driving metrics associated with identified business process opportunities.
    • Recommends scalable practices for the future of the organization to further enhance business measurements using statistical based analysis to drive data based conclusions.


    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related discipline.
    • 0-3 years’ experience managing databases, providing timely user support, and writing reports, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Strong quantitative skills with proficiency in data analysis (SAP/MS Access) modeling (MS Excel), and presenting (MS PowerPoint).
    • Working knowledge of data visualization tools such as Microsoft PowerBI, Tableau and GEP.
    • Working knowledge of ETL tools such as SQL, VBA, and Alteryx.
    • Operations/Supply Chain degrees or experience in Supply Chain required.
    • Strong knowledge of SAP Procurement and Planning required.
    • Experience in New Product Introduction purchasing or planning preferred.
    • Life Science/Medical Device experience or education preferred.
    • Strong inclination toward Continuous Improvement. Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt preferred.
    • Self-starter with ability extrapolate next steps, and to take action independently as appropriate.
    • An innovative, creative problem solver.
    • Ability to perform statistical reporting, including skill in composing logical, detailed, and analytical reports.
    • Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, problem solving, and time management skills.
