  • Responsibilities

    • Maintain Ebus box, Ariba, Sciquest, and process EDI orders   
    • Process EDI orders promptly and thoroughly.
    • Review orders for accuracy and completeness.
    • Resolve customer complaints via phone and/or email.
    • Work with Customer Service Supervisors to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
    • Implement changes in policies.
    • Work with other departments within the company as necessary.
    • Execute and analyze reports.
    • Open customer accounts.
    • Update customer accounts information.
    • Maintain financial records by processing customer adjustments.
    • Continue to maintain strong product knowledge.
