  • Overview

    Bio-Rad is looking for two Research Associates Level I.


    • Working with an interdisciplinary team of biologists and engineers to develop reagents, instruments, and methodologies for the Bio-Rad Digital Biology Group (DBG).
    • Help design, plan, and execute validation and verification (V&V) studies to support DBG R&D.
    • Perform sustaining activities, ranging from robustness studies to supporting operations.
    • Documenting experiment methods, observations, and results.


    • Basic laboratory skills.
    • Meticulous lab organization and record keeping.
    • Knowledge of lab safety techniques.
    • Efficient communication skills necessary to discuss processes and results to a cross functional team.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft office: Word, PowerPoint, & Excel.  Google Suite experience.
    • Undergraduate degree in life sciences or equivalent work experience.
    • Experience with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
    • An eye for detail and willingness to learn.
