· Instilling a marketing led culture throughout the business.
· Work team to drive strategic product plan, accordingly develop and deliver local tactical marketing plan for the business along with the marketing manager of the country.
· Ensure the effectiveness of alignment, communication and implementation of the India strategic marketing drive in selling areas
· Researching and reporting on local market opportunities.
Implementation and Driving
· Manage and drive the growth of all the business units and overall profitability of the division.
· Identify market opportunities and address different customer segment with right product mix.
· Developing and effectively (ROI driven) implementing the tactical marketing plan for the division.
· Enhance market share for focused existing products in the identified market and customer segments
· Working along with the business manager, Identify and develop new markets for existing product lines
· Actively monitoring, reporting and implementing effective activities to check competition.
Market and Product management
· Effectively manage the market with right pricing and product strategy.
· Develop proper and up to date competitive strategy through competitor intelligent
· Understanding and targeting current and potential customers and market base.
· Managing the customer journey (customer relationship -KOL management)
· Enhance Bio-Rad brand as a life science company at market place.
· Develop innovative channel to ensure positive customer engagement
Sales Tools and Training
· Develop effective sales tools and evaluate, monitor the result.
· Work with sales manager and marketing manager to develop effective training plan and evaluating the level of sales, sales support competencies
· Provide timely and effective communication with marketing manager, get the guidance from marketing manager according to regional strategy and direction to ensure the effective implementation in areas
· Provide regular communication with sales manager and marketing manager for marketing activities , campaigns follow-up to help increasing selling effectiveness
· Organize regular communication with sales support team for relevant product technical issues.
Provide monthly reports
Ensure compliance adherence to company policy and guideline.
Minimum Science Post Graduate preferably PHD with additonal MBA degree will be an added advantage
