    Bio-Rad is seeking a candidate with Search Engine Marketing expertise to become a key member of the Global Demand Generation (DG) team at Bio-Rad Laboratories. The position will work closely with Marketing Managers throughout the organization and lead the planning, building, and launching of global search engine marketing campaigns for Bio-Rad.


    • Lead the planning, building, and launching of global search engine marketing campaigns.
    • Present recommendations and key findings based on thorough data analysis and historical trends to key stakeholders and executive staff.
    • Provide analysis and report on ad copy, landing pages, and network tests.
    • Forecast traffic and sales results based on keywords and associated budgets.
    • Assist in the planning and management of paid search budget for global product divisions.
    • Work with a third-party SEM agency to successfully update and optimize campaigns.
    • Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly analysis of paid search term performance based on traffic and conversions.
    • Stay on the cutting edge of industry best practices, trends and new technologies with regards to SEM, SEO, mobile and SMM.
    • Assist with both search and display remarketing campaigns.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.


    Technical Skills


    • A minimum of three years of search engine marketing experience, Global SEM experience a plus.
    • Experience with Google a must, Google AdWords Certification a plus.
    • Google Editor and bulk sheet experience required.
    • Hands-on experience using a third-party search bidding tool (Kenshoo preferred).
    • Tech-savviness with the ability to learn new concepts and software applications quickly.
    • Shopping/Product Listing Ads, Remarketing, and other digital marketing experience a plus.
    • Experience with Bing/Yahoo, Baidu, Naver, and Yandex a plus.
    • SEO and Social Media Marketing knowledge and experience a plus.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

    • Strong attention to detail with solid verbal and written communication skills.



    • BA/BS in business, marketing or equivalent work experience.
