What you will be doing:
- Conducting briefing meeting with hiring managers
- Identify and execute appropriate routes to market
- Phone interviewing candidates, attending and running interviews
- Interview, assessment guidance to the hiring managers
- Verbal delivery of candidate feedback
- Management of the offer process
Identify and lead projects that will create a better recruitment experience either internally or externally.
Proactively build and manage a talent pipeline and talent pools, building and maintaining engagement with external talent.
Effective use of online and offline candidate sourcing methods to identify, approach and engage talent (database, internet search, job fair etc.)
Ensure the resourcing process is run in compliance with all appropriate legislation and regulation and GDPR
Consistent use of the Applicant Tracking System at an expert level
Set regular HR recruitment analytics
Train HR team members in the region / iCIMS and sourcing techniques
What you need for this role:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business or related discipline
3+ years in a recruiter role preferably at corporate side.
Experience and knowledge of recruitment best practice, process, policy and awareness of the appropriate legislation
Applicant Tracking System knowledge
Process Management skills
English and French language knowledge
Ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders
