The Technical Transfer Scientist will act as a bridge between R&D teams and operations. A successful candidate will work closely with R&D to ensure new products are designed for manufacturability with emphasis on scalability, transferability, and robustness. Activities involve identifying and mitigating risks to manufacturability by collaborating with the R&D and operations teams on raw material sourcing, QC strategies, production procedures, and SAP set up. The candidate will be expected to exhibit strong initiative, cross-functional leadership, and effective communication with project teams to meet goals of on-time product launch.
